The incumbent provides administrative support to a team in the Defined Contribution Pension and Communications Team practice area.


  • Support DC Pension and Communications Team with administrative needs
  • Monthly preparation of client billings
  • Occasionally perform mail mergers and formatting of documents
  • Provides general administration, including electronic filing, booking and planning meetings, and ordering supplies
  • Supports other administrative assistants when required
  • Assists with special projects, as required

Your profile:

  • Ability to multitask and follow through with deliverables
  • Attention to detail is essential
  • Post-secondary education or a minimum of two years of relevant experience
  • Dedicated team player, who demonstrates initiative and independence
  • Able to complete tasks with little direction
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient expertise with MS Office, in particular, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; ability to be fluid and comfortable with online applications such as survey tools etc…
  • Computer savvy enough to learn the use of inhouse tracking software
  • Experience with Workday an asset
  • Experience working in the group benefits or pension industry is an asset
  • Bilingual in English and French would be considered an asset
