Job title: Alternative Education/ High School Teacher

Job description: -Collaborate in the development and delivery of Inclusion and Intervention Plans (IIPs)
-Deliver alternative education programming to learning support students at the high school level
-Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners and monitor student progress
-Collaborate with students and families on short and long-term goals related to academics and social-emotional learning
-Work 1:1 or with small groups of struggling students on academic needs
-Communicate with parents and guardians regularly regarding student progress
-Based on student enrollment in the alt. ed program, teach electives at the high school level
Complete other duties as assigned
