ROLE @ MNP

Performance Expectations

  • Assist in the delivery of consulting projects such as industry studies, strategic planning, business planning, research, stakeholder engagement and other forms of management consulting
  • Support proposal development along with the implementation, administration and completion of client engagements
  • Assist with obtaining and analysing qualitative data (through online content, report review, interviews, focus groups, surveys and administrative data) for the purpose of preparing well-written reports and presentations for clients
  • Design, develop, format and proof read professional reports, proposals, presentations and correspondence
  • Develop positive working relationships and liaise with clients and colleagues
  • Ensure delivery of high quality client service products
  • Monitor project timelines against targets, adjust where necessary; advise clients of project status and seek clarification on discrepancies where applicable
  • Network and take a leadership role in the local professional community while raising awareness of MNP and looking for new business development opportunities
  • Promote MNP advisory services through the delivery of presentations, writing articles, facilitating workshops or participating in community activities
  • Develop, coach, and train team members towards professional and personal development

Credentials

  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in business or other related field
  • Completion of a Master’s Degree in business or other related field
  • 2 to 3 years of consulting experience, ideally in a client-service environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, especially in report and proposal writing
  • Experience in consulting in agriculture and food and beverage manufacturing is considered an asset
  • Strong computer literacy including effective working skills of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Some travel may be required
