The Finance Change Management and Operations team is seeking an exceptional Digital Analyst with a passion for helping others, the grit to solve problems, a growth mindset to learn, and a desire to move the organization forward.
Position Summary
You will report to the Manager of Finance Change Management and Operations and your primary responsibilities will include:
Design and development of communications and learning materials to complement change management activities related to global finance initiatives Support Finance Operations – a function that is focused on the development of the Global Finance and Strategy (GF&S) team’s people and culture Drive professional development and learning opportunities for the GF&S team through our digital learning academy called Oxford Finance Academy (OFA) Support a variety of other initiatives to build out the GF&S team’s future based capabilities
As a member of this team, you will:
Own production, management and maintenance of creative communications collateral for the Finance Operations team, as well as content management of intranet sites
Brainstorm, storyboard, write, film and edit internal videos, tutorials, how-tos and other media, alongside team or independently
Curate team brand assets, ensuring organization of design library and visual consistency across projects where needed
Provide team support on content creation, logistics, idea generation and creative strategy across initiatives, projects and activities
Design, prepare, and execute logistics for group working sessions, presentations, and GF&S townhalls, as well as in-class and virtual training sessions
Design, develop and deliver presentations and other communications for both screen and print as well as branding that is relevant to our GF&S group
Collaborate with team members, business owners/champions and IT technical teams across the Enterprise
Support finance transformation projects and change initiatives
Deliver corporate culture programs and change management activities
To succeed in this role, you must have:
3 or 4 year degree or diploma in business, communications or design
Intermediate experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Premiere, Premiere Rush) or similar software
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint)
Passion for creative, visual, engaging & thoughtful storytelling and experiences, especially through video
Eagerness to learn different skills, try new things, and support the team in new and exciting ways
Ability to solve user-centered challenges
Natural curiosity and interest in technology trends and innovation in the workplace
High attention to detail from design work to communication and digital file organization
Demonstrated eye for design and aesthetics
A portfolio of work relevant to role description
Assets to have:
Knowledge of Sharepoint and experience working with a learning management system
Understanding of change management methodologies, as well as agile techniques and frameworks
Experience using Camtasia Studio or similar software
Working knowledge of Vyond or similar software
Web design/development, knowledge of HTML & CSS
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Experience working in the commercial real estate industry
