Job title: Executive Assistant to the Director of Education

Job description: The Executive Assistant will assist the Director of Education in maintaining the office of the Director by handling emails, when requested, completing word processing activities, prepare and attend all meetings with respect to the ECFNEA’s organization, such as Board Meetings, Staff Meetings, other internal and external meetings, preparing for these meetings by arranging locations, accommodations, travel to be paid, honorariums, and travel on a regular basis is often expected. The ideal candidate will have excellent people skills, ability to manage their time accordingly, work under pressure and often in tight deadline situations, and events. We are seeking an exceptional individual with exceptional skills to come and help us our success and progress. The work will also involve working in close cooperation with the Superintendents of the organization, as well as our Consultants. Other related duties will occur from time to time, as required. Relocation to Nipawin will be required, as that is where our sub office is located. Preference will be given to all First Nations applications, as the ECFNEA is a First Nations organization, however, we encourage any and all applicants to apply.
