Location: Downtown Montreal
Salary: Up to $22 per hour (based on experience)
Hours: Tuesday to Friday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Our client, located in downtown Montreal, is looking for a Receptionist with an amazing customer-service mindset and a positive attitude to join their team right away.
Sitting at the reception desk, you will be responsible for answering calls, greeting visitors as well as performing clerical tasks.
Responsibilities:
– Perform patient registration
– Schedule and confirm appointments
– Answer incoming calling
– Complete medical forms
– Process payments
– Execute other clerical duties (scanning, filing, etc.)
Requirements:
– Bilingualism (French/English)
– 1 to 3 years of reception experience
– Well-presented and professional individual
– Organized and detail-oriented
