Job description: We are hiring 22 General Farm Workers (NOC – 8431) (Full-time, permanent) as soon as possible. We offer wage rate $16.50 per hour for 40.00 hours per week.

Benefits: Accommodation will be provided @ $30 per week. Relocation expenses will be covered by the employer as well as the first three months of medical insurance, if required.

Job duties:

• Fertilizing and other duties related to agriculture stream.

• Plant, grow and harvest.

• Keep the working/packing area clean.

• Set up and operate irrigation equipment and monitor water lines.

• Harvest crops, remove weeds from the crop, sort & grade the farm produce.

• Detect disease and health problems in crops.

• Inform manager of crop progress.

• Clean farm machinery and equipment.

• Participate in the inspection, grading, sorting, storage, and post-harvest treatment of crops.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks, Standing for extended periods, Bending, crouching, kneeling.

Work Site Environment: Outdoors, Wet/damp, Dusty, rain/ shine, hot/cold weather
