We are looking for an IT Business Analyst for our client based on the North Shore.
Job description:
– Collect and define business needs;
– Work in collaboration with the development teams by translating business requirements, operational and functional requirements;
– Communicate with various stakeholders on changes to processes and systems;
– Document the processes;
– Participate in the definition of tests and perform functional analyses;
– Manage short-term projects (on average 2 to 3 weeks).
Profile description:
– Bachelor’s degree in computer science (software engineering, computer engineering, information technology or another relevant field);
– Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role;
– Experience with ERP and/or CRM systems (an asset);
– Familiar with agile mode;
– Good knowledge of retail and/or manufacturing management systems (an asset);
– Fluent French.
Work experience: 4-5 years
Salary benefits : 7,708.5
