Job description:
- Take charge of the evolution of the technological architecture and the migration to cloud computing
- Collaborate with the CIO in the implementation of a three-year master plan
- Communicates his or her strategic vision for the evolution of the infrastructure and plans the budget accordingly
- Manages the annual budget for his/her department and produces monthly follow-up reports
- Participate in weekly management meetings and semi-annual strategic meetings
- Oversee the evolving DevOps practice in the organization
- Directs technology choices based on industry trends and guidelines proposed by the group
- Plan and implement strategies and solutions to ensure proactive management of service delivery, support and technology projects under his/her responsibility
- Implement, monitor and optimize indicators to measure and improve the performance of the processes under his/her responsibility
- Orchestrates the management of the portfolio of application migrations, software implementations and IT architecture evolution projects
- Supervises the DevOps manager as well as the Infrastructure & Operations team including a Team Leader (also a system administrator), 2 technicians and 1 network administrator
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or administration
- At least 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in management
- Relevant experience in project management
- Demonstrate natural leadership skills focused on listening, respect and excellent interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate the ability to make complex decisions while acting quickly to achieve objectives
- Demonstrate the ability to mobilize and rally people from different interests and sectors around common goals and strategies
- Strong communication skills at all levels of the organization
- ITIL, PMP, Scrum Master or any other relevant certification will be considered an asset
- Good command of English and French languages, both spoken and written
