• Languages: English
• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
• Major Work Area: Renovation; Repair; Maintenance; Custom Work; Construction; Assembly
• Additional Skills: Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions; Prepare production and other reports; Prepare bids; Estimate costs and materials
• Workers Supervised: Trades helpers; Labourers; Carpenters; Cabinetmakers; Apprentices
• Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure; Overtime required
• Ability to Supervise: 3-4 people
• Personal Suitability: Initiative; Effective interpersonal skills; Flexibility; Accurate; Team player; Client focus; Dependability; Judgement; Values and ethics; Reliability; Organized
