WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

  • Take guest orders for food & beverage, Process orders using the POS system
  • Prepare accurate cash out deposits, responsible for any cash shortages and monitoring all guest bill folds to avoid walkouts and shortages
  • Responsible for the opening and closing duties of the dining room which may
  • Responsible for providing superior guest service; Act as a sales agent, using your up-selling skills and be well versed in our menus, knowledgeable in foods and wine
  • Prepare dining room for meals
  • Organize serving stands/back of house space
  • Assist with general cleaning
  • WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
  • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
  • Must have Smart Serve Certificate
  • Minimum of one year of restaurant serving experience
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills
  • Previous POS systems experience an asset
  • Reliable, punctual and professional in presentation
  • Interest and knowledge of culinary and wines an asset
  • Must be available to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Must adhere to Blue Mountain and Food & Beverage grooming policies
