As a Guest Service Team Member, you support in all things guest facing and are critical in delivering an exceptional guest experience from start to finish. With the increase in curb-side pick-up and takeout traffic, this position plays a big role in ensuring our drive-by and at home guests are raving fans.

Requirements

• 1-3+ years industry experience (If you have the drive, and don’t have the experience, we still want to meet you!)

• You can lead others

• You can hold your own in a fast-paced, high-stress, team-based environment

• You’re good at leaving a positive and unforgettable impression

• Humility coupled with a good sense of humour.
