Our Campus Recruitment team is looking for an adaptable, self-motivated, problem solver with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. A knack for logistics along with planning events and organizing career fairs will help you drive this fast paced opportunity.
Key Accountabilities:
- Effectively research and register for career fairs, manage team schedules, organize marketing material and provide logistical support
- Coordinate materials, catering, gifts and meeting rooms for events such as orientations and meet & greets
- Plan, retrieve data and organize documents and information for the successful submission of and communication of onboarding paperwork
- Produce high volume, concise and time sensitive data entry
- Provide a full range of administrative support to the Campus team
Other Details:
- Job location: Calgary, Alberta
- Travel may be required
- This is a temporary position – 12 month duration
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of working experience in an administrative role, Business Administration diploma would be an asset
- Demonstrated communication skills through email (both individually and mass output), phone and VP/SVP level information
- Organized, deadline driven, reliable, adaptable and time sensitive aware
- Able to network with internal HR, business reps, external vendors, schools and candidates
