Position Responsibilities
- Assist in the quarterly forecast & annual financial planning process for the Company.
- Develop a deep understanding of key drivers of business performance to inform ad-hoc analyses and recommendations.
- Analyze variances to plan and provide recommendations to strengthen forecast accuracy.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts and reporting packages.
- Performing stress/sensitivity testing of the financial plan in coordination with ERM
- Assisting in the maintenance of processes and controls that support the integrity and accuracy of financial plan, forecasts, and stress tests.
- Work closely with the Data and Analytics team to automate reporting and data flow into the FP&A model
- Complete ad-hoc research projects on various initiatives
Formal Education
- Bachelor’s degree required in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
- Certification(s)/Designation(s) preferred in related area (CFA)
Related Experience
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in an analytical and/or planning role at a public financial services company
