RTL is recruiting for an experienced crew to join our team on a seasonal basis. We’re looking for experienced Equipment Operators, Loaders, Excavators, and Graders.

What you bring:

• Operators with a Class 1 or Class 3 license with a clean abstract a definite asset
• Experience on highway construction or water and sewer projects an asset
• Solid understanding of preventative maintenance and minor equipment repair

You also have:

• A safety conscious approach to all job duties
• The capacity to perform heavy manual labour
• A “Roll up your sleeves approach” to go beyond the job duties by supporting the team in the trench and labouring on site as required
