Job description: We are working with one of Western Canada’s largest IT recruitment firms and they have had an amazing year of growth, including doubling their presence outside of Vancouver during the pandemic.

Their Vancouver office is overwhelmed with requests for their services, so they are seeking Recruitment Specialists to join their team and help capitalize on all of this new business.

The Opportunity

• You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation – this is a recruitment-only role, so you can focus on providing great service to clients.
• Join a growing company with offices across Canada that not only survived the shock of COVID, but thrived and expanded their team.
• Unlimited earning potential with $50K – $55K base salary (no draw) and uncapped commissions with realistic earnings of $100K+ in Year 3 (or less, if you’re keen).
• Flexible work during and beyond COVID (2-3 days in office), RRSP matching program, and clear promotion path based on performance.

About You

• Must have 1-2 years of experience in a competitive/target-driven environment: Sales, Athletics, Hospitality, etc.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal): This position involves A LOT of writing, speaking, and presenting; you must be comfortable and effective at communicating over phone, video, and email (in English).
• You are curious and competitive! You enjoy healthy competition and cheering on your teammates while you all strive for the next big win.
• People are your passion – working with them and talking to them everyday is exciting to you!
• Able to report into a downtown Vancouver office: You will train on-site for 2 weeks followed by fully remote work during COVID, after which you will be part-time in the office.
