Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize as per company requirements
  • Follow cleaning and sanitation schedule and other instructions for cleaning/sanitizing.
  • Regularly perform heavy lifting, up to 40 lbs
  • External cleaning of equipment
  • Chemical preparation as per company policies.
  • Internal and external cleaning and sanitation of equipment; foaming of surfaces
  • Read production schedule, Sanitation matrix to perform required CIP
  • Perform testing to check concentration of chemicals
  • Maintain proper documentation; ensure all logs are properly and accurately recorded.
  • Work within the confines of company safety, food safety and environmental policies.
  • Work at heights – on genie boom and scissor lift as required.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • 1-3 year of general work experience required
  • Prior production/manufacturing machine operation experience preferred
  • Previous experience within high-speed industrial environment
  • Ability to operate manufacturing equipment
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and complete repetitive tasks
  • Knowledge of industrial technology a plus
