Job title: Commercial Construction Site Superintendent
Job description: The Site Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all trades and effectively managing daily on-site activities and ensuring that the project is constructed in strict accordance with plans, specifications and codes. This will include coordinating subcontractors, material and equipment, enforcing the company safety program, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. This position will be responsible for scheduling, inspections, quality control, and job site safety, as well as performing any duties on job sites that will help work run smoother. Failure to perform these duties will result in reprimand or termination.
