Job title: Hotel Front Desk Clerk
Job description: 6846068 Canada Inc. O/A Luckys Motel, Restaurant & Lounge located at 107 Johnston Ave, Indian Head, SK, requires two (2) Hotel Front Desk Clerks. Pay will be $14.00 – $16.00 per hour. No Experience or education is required and training will be provided to the eligible candidates. This is full time position. We will also consider candidates who are willing to work part time. Basic oral English required. Some of the duties are given below:
– Register arriving guests and assign rooms
– Provide information about services available in the community and respond to guests’ complaints
– Present statements of charges to departing guests and receive payment.
– Answer enquiries regarding hotel services and registration by letter, by telephone and in person
– Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments
– Compile and check daily record sheets, guest accounts, receipts and vouchers
