Requirements:

PhD in Mechanical Engineering preferred or extensive experience with the subject matter. Must have a strong background and education on welding technology, design, and inspection. Candidates must have a background in mechanical engineering and be licensed or eligible for licensing as a professional engineer in one of the provinces of Canada.

An acceptable level of education and/or experience could be viewed as being equivalent to the educational required and/or demonstrated experience.
