Your role will be to check and control members’ qualifications, namely:
- Analyzing contractor licence applications or amendments.
- Ensuring compliance of applications and files (fee, form, admission, etc.).
- Conducting various research with CCQ and CNESST.
- Processing requests in the database.
- Taking care of request documents and information missing from files.
- Preparing exam booklets and book rooms.
- Contacting members to convene for the exams and follow up afterwards.
- Ensuring records are updated following change requests.
- Carrying out any other similar tasks.

Requirements:
- Diploma of high school studies.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Ease with computer systems.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service and administrative support experience.
- Good level of bilingualism (spoken and written).
- Valid driver’s license (an asset – occasional travels to Quebec for examination surveillance).

- Have a good sense of analysis and judgement.
- Be methodic and organized in their work management.
- Be able to detect mistakes and have excellent attention to detail.
- Easily be able to adapt and work under pressure.
