The Digital Marketing and Communications Analyst will be responsible for analyzing statistics and looking for ways that the company can improve its digital marketing efforts. These efforts include things like email marketing campaigns, social media campaigns, PPC campaigns, and online branding efforts.

As a Digital Marketing and Communications Analyst for our North American Headquarters district office in Edmonton, AB, you will contribute to our team by:

  • Building out custom digital marketing campaigns (a mixture of PPC campaigns, Google AdWords, search engine optimization, link & citation building, Google Analytics dashboard development & website analytics)
  • Effectively collaborating with team members to plan, design, execute and maintain all internal and external online communications, such as e-newsletters, email and advertising campaigns, website strategy and social media;
  • Measuring and reporting performance of all digital campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPI’s);
  • Planning, executing and measuring experiments and conversion tests;
  • Utilizing strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points;
  • Evaluating emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate;
  • Assisting in maintaining our digital marketing assets;
  • Contributing to the development of an annual marketing plan

Qualifications

What you will bring to the role:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Digital Marketing analyst or related field;
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS), marketing automation tools, social media management and analytics tools, including web-based applications, CRM, and Google Analytics;
  • Fluency with graphic editing tools, including Adobe Photoshop, InDesign;
  • Superior project management, analytical and execution skills;
  • Ability to work as a team player in a cross-functional management structure;
  • Strong interpersonal, time management and organizational skills;
  • Experience in construction industry considered an asset;
  • Other duties as requested.
