Job Description:

• Inbound vehicle registrations – Ensuring correct documentation is collected by inbound dispatch and then ensuring the vehicles are transferred to CD title.
• Printing delivery documentation
• Printing pick-up documentation
• Putting together delivery and pick-up documentation bundles for drivers
• Scanning inbound documentation including signed delivery packages
• Monitor CVSE (NSC) hour logs
• Learn and understand CVSE (NSC) hour regulations
• Digitally/physically file inbound supporting documents
• Monitor and file work vehicle pre-trip inspections

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter
• Ability to work independently
• High attention to detail
