HID’s Identification Technologies Business Unit (IDT)
This position will be a part of the Healthcare IoT services team, reporting to the Director, Implementation and Training. You will support clients, within the Healthcare segment, including large, enterprise level customers, implementing Real-time locating systems (RTLS) and Radio-frequency identification (RFID) services and solutions.

As our Project Manager, you’ll support HID’s success by:

  • Actively managing the physical deployment, configuration, customization, and integration of RFID HID solutions at customer sites and remote.
  • Providing pre-sales support to RFID HID Sales department, and directly to prospective customers.
  • Consulting with clients to review and confirm system requirements in the Statement of Work (SOW)
  • Collaborating with Field Implementation Managers to develop project scope and timeline in concert with stakeholders and create and execute statements of work.
  • Maintaining detailed service records to assist engineering and product development in product quality improvement.
  • Providing input for the improvement and evolution of the implementation and training process.
  • Delivering complex new business implementation projects, change requests, client projects, and Enterprise projects for healthcare clients in North America.
  • Managing and providing input into project plans and risk & issues logs in line with project management methodology, manage scope and change control.
  • Preparing system functional specifications.
  • Managing testing of new and existing functionality to defined specifications/requirements and supporting clients in this activity.
  • Coordinating resources for the implementation and go-live.
  • Cross-collaborating with our sales, product & engineering teams and adding to the discussion.

Your Experience and Education include:

  • Bachelor’s degree from four-year College or University preferred. Candidates with equivalent education plus relevant job experience may also be considered.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education required.
  • 4 plus years of experience utilizing healthcare technology or SaaS implementation software highly preferred.
  • Experience implementing enterprise software products within a client facing environment desired.
  • Up to 10% overnight travel required in North America.
  • Ability to travel to Canada upon hire. Training and knowledge transfer will take place in Vancouver, Canada. Must possess or be able to acquire a valid passport upon hire.
  • Strong skill set in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software.
  • Strong Experience using Zoho, Salesforce, Jira and other project management software, PMP experience a plus.

The wage range for this role considers a broad scope of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At HID, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The base salary in the United States is $90,814.00 to $107,899.00 (USD) and Canadian base salary is $85,000.00 – 95,000.00 (CAD).
