Summary
Reporting to the Equipment Supervisor / Regional Equipment Manager, the Equipment Administrator performs administrative and clerical tasks for the shop, including filing, record-keeping, data-entry, payroll submissions and work order creation.
Essential Functions
Execution
- Open, close, and process all work orders.
- Enter transfer and equipment hour data.
- Process parts requisitions.
- Collect and submit time cards to payroll.
- Help the equipment managers and supervisors carry out daily tasks.
Planning and Process
- Adhere to standard processes for work orders, purchasing, and transfers.

- Manage vendors and register vehicles when required.

Education, Experience and Knowledge
- Minimum high school diploma.
- 1-2 years of equipment-related experience / construction experience is an asset.
- Experience with data entry.
- Attention to detail.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and SAP.
Working Conditions
- This role is primarily office-based, though some projects may require an on-site administrator.
