Job Description
Elements Casino Chilliwack is currently recruiting for 3RD Cook. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality food preparation. Tasks include food preparation as well as maintaining cleanliness of work area.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years culinary training or experience in a class hotel.
- Volume line cooking experience is an asset.
- Must be able to work various shifts including nights, back shifts, weekends and holidays.
- Must have excellent customer service skills with guests and co-workers.
- Must be able to lift 25kg.
- Able to work in a hot, noisy, busy environment.
- Serving it Right certificate
- Food Safe certificate
Candidates must be ready and willing to work a flexible schedule. The scheduled hours of work will be based on customer and business needs.
