We require a permanent, part-time Accounting Assistant for our Saskatoon office. Major duties include entry of Accounts Receivable invoices, posting cash receipts, assisting with Accounts Payable invoices including ensuring Subtrade documentation is in place for their invoices.
The hours of work will be 4 hours per day, 3 days per week. Some flexibility can be provided however our preference would be for a fixed weekly schedule.
Applicants must have a minimum 5 years of directly related accounting experience. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is necessary. Must be reliable, accurate and be able to work independently.
