Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to the management of the office premise, including front desk service, advisor service, training and events, and liaison with different vendors and partners, etc
- Taking ownership of maintaining a professional office setting with exceptional customer service
- Undertaking initiatives to support corporate communications and marketing, including website maintenance, social media, as well as traditional media
- Working and communicating closely with advisors, producer groups and product carriers, both locally and nationally, making appointments and following-up regularly
- Supporting the business operations of the company including licensing, requirements, contract applications, processing business, following-up on compliance requirements as well as implementing necessary industry protocols and procedures via CRM and other industry platforms
To excel in this role, you will be able to work independently and to leverage existing tools and technology to meet deadlines. You will take ownership of this role and be passionate about contributing to a professional corporate culture.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience of administrative work, preferably in the insurance and investment industry
- Must be computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proven written and verbal communication skills
- Work well in a fast-paced environment and detail-oriented
- Fluency in Cantonese & Mandarin a strong asset
Remuneration:
Subject to experience + benefits (extended health, mobile, etc)
A qualified candidate should expect to be promoted to Administrative Officer within one year’s time.
