The Richmond Behavioral Health Authority is seeing a full time Adminstrative Coordinator to support our General Services Team. The successful candidate must be able to Performs difficult advanced technical work supervising and managing facility maintenance, building security, safety, parking, housekeeping services and RBHA property, maintaining and tracking vehicle and property information in the fleet software system and FMX software, assigning fleet vehicles to employees, supervising housekeeping and security employees, and related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the general direction of the General Services Supervisor.

Essential Functions

Manages Authority vehicles insurance, registrations, safety, auctioning, replacement vehicles, repairs and fuel cards.

Manages small purchase credit cards; receives and codes invoices.

Maintains and tracks agile fleet database including mileage, maintenance, vehicle washing, keys, fuel cards, parking assignments, etc.

Manages facility operations, building security, facilities maintenance, software and safety.

Manages parking for employees and fleet.

Manages housekeeping services; maintains and creates policies and procedures for housekeeping staff.

Manages security services.

Backup General Service Worker and lobby receptionist

Coordinates capital projects involving building renovations, painting and furniture installation.

Collects and compiles statistical data to prepare monthly reports.

Prepares timesheets for assigned staff

Provides training for other administrative staff on various software packages; troubleshoots hardware, software and office

Maintains vendor contact list including company listings, email address book and websites.
Position Requirements

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Thorough knowledge of the Virginia Public Procurement Act and of the Commonwealth’s electronic procurement system; general knowledge of building cleaning practices, supplies, and equipment and ability to use them economically and efficiently; general knowledge of fleet maintenance management; general knowledge of standard office procedures, practices and equipment; some knowledge of small purchase credit card policies and procedures; ability to formulate comprehensive operational policies and procedures; ability to operate a variety of office and data processing equipment; ability to plan and manage the work of assigned personnel; ability to make arithmetical computations quickly and accurately; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisors, associates, clients, vendors and the general public.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or GED and moderate experience in fleet and facility maintenance including some supervisory experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Associate degree perferred.

Special Requirements

Valid driver’s license in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Starting Salary Range $19.37 per hour
