We are looking for an Adminstrative Support Assistant
The Administrative Support Assistant in our Edmonton Disability Management Services Office (DMSO) will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team managers and case managers within the DMSO.
What you will do
- Provide daily administrative assistance and support to the DMSO team
- Manage incoming phone call inquiries
- Sort and distribute incoming mail
- Create and mail correspondence to claimants, clients, and service providers
- Data base file creation and maintenance using mainframe
- Handle all open and closed office filing
- Preparation of weekly and monthly, reports using Excel and Word
- Order office supplies
- Assist with other support functions as required

- Proficient user in MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Strong typing and data entry skills
