Job description: Your Opportunity:

This position coordinates the administration of contracts for various contracting portfolios, including contracts relating to medical and surgical commodities, various service agreements, non-clinical commodities, and other contracts required for Alberta Health Services. The Administrative Support V is responsible for providing support to the Contract Coordinators for documentation, filing, contract maintenance, and monitoring. Responsibilities will include: Document control and maintenance based on established policies and procedures and current legislation, and the maintenance of databases related to the contract management process. The incumbent is required to provide a high standard of interpersonal communication and must demonstrate strict confidentiality, attention to detail, creativity, flexibility, and initiative.

Description:

As an Administrative Support V, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.
