The Administrative Support V plays an integral role within the Tuberculosis (TB) Clinic by providing clerical support in the planning, implementation and coordination of TB services within the Zone. This position is ideal for a dynamic, efficient and well-rounded individual who thrives in a fast paced environment dealing with competing priorities, multiple interruptions, short timelines, and high volume workload. As a member of the inter-professional team, the Admin Support V provides critical logistical support to the Clinic in areas such as: scheduling, payroll, supplies, finances. Another key responsibility of the Admin Support V role is to support the Clinic Manager in Human Resources functions including: job postings, interview logistics, RMS management, and all elements of onboarding. In addition, the Admin Support V provides administrative support to the Clinic Manager and Medical Director. The successful individual must be self-directed with a positive attitude and proven excellent organizational and communication skills. The Admin Support V reports to the Clinic Manager, Calgary TB Clinic. As the Administrative Support V, you will be a key team member in the operation of the Clinic, including: Staff scheduling. Payroll. Supplies inventory and ordering. Invoice processing. Staff recruitment functions. Staff and physician onboarding – (building access, staff rotations, drive/application access: iPHIS, eScheduler, Netcare, Meditech, PACS). Clinic statistics and reporting. Meeting coordination: scheduling, agendae, minutes, room bookings, telehealth support. Administrative support to the Clinic Manager and Medical Director.

Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration). Additional Required Qualifications:

Expertise and a minimum of 1 year experience working daily/weekly with: ESP, AHS Payroll. Demonstrated expertise in MS Office suite. Proven effective verbal and written communications skills. Strong interpersonal skills (exceptional customer service, strong team player, flexible, proven ability to work with multicultural and vulnerable populations). Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast paced environment dealing with competing priorities, multiple interruptions, short timelines, and high volume workload. Demonstrated effectiveness in being a self-starter, independent, and in taking initiative. Advanced critical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills are required. Demonstrated expertise with AHS management systems: ePeople RMS (Recruitment Management System). Markview. Identity & Access Management. Purchasing. Demonstrated ability to work produce effective statistical reports. Proficiency in a language in addition to English is an asset.
