This position will support operational & privacy processes on the LifeWorks Total Well-Being Platform. Key responsibilities of this position are to process GDPR inquiries or tickets related to deletion of member data and fulfilling data requests. You will also collaborate regularly with our security and privacy officers to develop and maintain our corporate compliance program.

Associate Compliance Analyst

Key responsibilities of this position are to process GDPR inquiries or tickets related to deletion of member data and fulfilling data requests. You will also collaborate regularly with our security and privacy officers to develop and maintain our corporate compliance program.

Responsibilities

  • Review and process GDPR requests in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with our corporate privacy, security, and engineering teams as needed to fulfill compliance duties.
  • Support the Privacy Officer in developing and maintaining the corporate compliance program
  • Assist in various projects such as making updates to procedure documents (e.g., data removal forms, templates, tools) to improve the personal data removal process

Qualifications

  • Pursuing or acquired a degree in Business, Legal, Information Systems or related field
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience (customer support, comfortable working with technology)
  • Excellent verbal and written business communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to quality and detail a must
  • Proficiency in MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Previous experience of working in ticketing platforms like ServiceNow or Zendesk is helpful
