We are seeking a confident, passionate, and creative individual to drive the culinary experience! As a member of our team of champions, you will gain meaningful work experience in a welcoming and exciting environment where we lead by example and work together to achieve results.

Job Types: part-time, permanent

Wages: $18-$20 / hr

YOU WOULD HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

• Learn from our Executive Chef and Sous Chef
• Prepare and execute banquet service for weddings, socials, corporate and even celebrity events
• Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen; instilling safe food handling practices
• Participate in the production and plating of all food service areas
• Take proactive efforts to minimize waste and maximize quality
• Maintain product consistency of seasonings, portion, and appearance of food

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge in Food Safety Standards and Guidelines, including safe food handling practices and certificate
• 2 years experience in a similar role
• Experience in the catering or event industry preferred
• Team oriented and willing to learn
• Positive, outgoing, and friendly team member
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Evening and Weekend availability
• Reliable transportation for off-premise events an asset
