Job description: Bilingual Intermediate Administrative Assistant
We’re currently looking for an Intermediate Bilingual Administrative Assistant to work with a client of ours in the East End of Ottawa off of Innes Rd.
Shift: Monday- Friday
Hours: 8am-4:30 Monday to Thursday, 8am-3pm Friday
Pay: $16.00/hr-$18.00/hr- Negotiable based on experience
Job Details:
- Answering and routing phone calls
- Data Entry
- Filing of all accounts payable and Project documents
- Processing accounts payable documents: Work Orders, Purchase Orders, Sales Invoices etc.
- Emailing Invoices on projects when they are completed
- Preparing all staff Correspondence
- Calculating all inventory purchase requisitions
- Payroll preparation on a temporary basis when replacing office manager
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Must be bilingual (English and French)
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to take initiative
- Previous experience in an Administrative role (6months to 1 year)
- Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and previous experience with Sage
