Job description: Job Summary:
The Branch Manager ensures safe, efficient production while maintaining quality service. They collaborate with project managers, estimators, and customers to resolve conflicts and challenges. They possess financial insight at both branch and job levels and foster a positive work environment to support employee performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and hold senior leaders accountable for their duties, promoting safe and efficient performance.
Cultivate a values-based Company culture to align employees with production goals.
Strategically understand branch focus and growth needs, fostering key stakeholder relationships.
Ensure employee goals align with the business plan and promote safe work practices.
Other Responsibilities:
Identify production metrics and support senior leaders.
Provide coaching and problem-solving for branch staff.
Ensure the right people in the right roles.
Back corporate initiatives and branch meetings.
Handle Project Manager duties as needed.
Perform other assigned tasks.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
10 years in construction, with 5 in leadership.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication (oral, written, electronic).
Values-based leadership.
Proven project leadership and safety record.
Motivational and delegatory skills.
Business and financial acumen.
Proficiency in company technology (e.g., Microsoft Office, Bluebeam Revu, Plexxis, SiteDocs, Hilti On Track).
