Job title: Civil Construction Foreman
Job description: Seymour Pacific Developments is looking for a Civil Construction Foreman to work on various projects in Campbell River, BC. The Civil Construction Foreman is responsible for the start, inspection and completion of all civil works on multi-building, multi-family, residential construction sites.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ civil construction experience in a leadership role
- Residential and commercial construction experience
- Knowledge of civil construction, primarily deep utilities is required
- Understanding of methodology and terminology in the civil construction industry
- Experience supervising a small crew
- Ability to operate all types of heavy equipment in a safe and productive manner
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and other construction drawings
- Willingness to travel to various job sites on Vancouver Island
- A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
