About the Opportunity

The Clerk B is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the department in its communications with other departments and support to staff. The Clerk B must be able to handle multiple demands and priorities in a busy and unpredictable environment.

About You

We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

  • Grade XII plus one-year related experience or graduate of a recognized one-year secretarial/business program
  • General office skills an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm during an emergency and deal with numerous interruptions and continuous changes is an asset
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Competencies in other languages preferred, French an asset

Hours

  • Permanent. Full-time; 70 Hours Bi-weekly

Compensation and Incentives

$20.09 – $21.91 Hourly
