BUILD ON YOUR CAREER EXPERIENCE BY:
– Providing subject matter expertise, end-user training, education and support
– Collaborating with the interprofessional team to ensure system functionality meets end-user needs
– Planning, designing and evaluating designated clinical information system/application education and training sessions
– Conducts staff training, classroom education and clinical support
– Participating in quality improvement activities and assigned committees
YOUR BACKGROUND INCLUDES:
– Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
– Four (4) years’ recent related acute and/or community nursing experience utilizing various clinical information systems in a healthcare environment
– Successful completion of courses in computer systems and/or health informatics education including experience in implementing clinical projects in a healthcare setting and educating adults in a group or classroom setting
– Valid BC Driver’s licence and access to personal vehicle for business-related purposes
