We are looking for a collaborative change agent to help our team through an exciting evolution. You will deliver our collaboration and messaging services and support our global operations on a dynamic and evolving team.
You will use your expertise to:
- Support Product Model, Platform Teams (Agile, DevOps), Incident, Problem and Change Management
- Service Continuity and Disaster Recovery Management, Compliance and Security, Monitoring and Alerting, Automation, and Solution Designs
- Identify operational excellence (process and efficiency) improvements, supporting opportunities for cost optimization
- Support budget development (sustainment, enablement) and cost optimization activities
- Act as an escalation point and subject matter expert for our business and product groups
- Engage in auditing and regulatory compliance activities (NERC CIP, PCI, SOX, GDPR)

Must-haves (minimum requirements):
- 10 years’ experience in solution design or operations
- Experience in large multi-domain, multi-forest hybrid Active Directory environments
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a technical college diploma, or equivalent education
- Strong technical knowledge of collaboration and messaging services with specific knowledge of: Office 365 – Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Yammer, Exchange Server, and Skype for Business
- Fundamental knowledge in Agile and DevOps principles
- Knowledge of identity management principles and technologies (Azure AD, Saviynt, SAP)
- Basic knowledge in end point device management (Intune, SCCM)
- Demonstrated skills in automation (Ansible, PowerShell, Microsoft Graph) and data analysis/visualization (PowerBI)
- Alignment with our

Preference for:
- Oil and Gas experience
Where you’ll be working, your work schedule, and other important information:
- You will work out of our Calgary head office, located in the Suncor Energy Centre at 150 – 6th Ave SW
- Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday, with the ability to be “on-call” 24/7 to support operational incidents and service level commitments on a rotation
- We require qualified and safety-focused employees for business-critical roles that maintain our commitment to operational excellence and reliable operations.
