Reporting to the Sales Compensation Manager, the Compensation Analyst, will work with a variety of areas of the business and will help support and maintain a commission structure that is internally equitable, externally competitive, and in line with our compensation philosophy.
The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker that is organized and possesses strong data entry skills and attention to detail, coupled with strong time management and prioritization skills. This person has experience working in a fast-paced environment with deadline driven activity. This person has a track record of building trusting and productive relationships with internal customers, team members, and colleagues through transparent, genuine, and clear communication. This self-starter is a team player with strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with MS Office suite of programs, with strong Excel skills is a must.
The Compensation Team partners with the business to develop commission programs that align to business strategy, reinforce market share, drive profitable revenue growth, sell targeted solutions, promote cross-selling, and enhance and maintain customer focus through meaningful measures and clear objectives.

Qualifications:
- 1 – 2 years’ experience in an administrative capacity
- Self starter with strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proficient with MS Office specifically Excel
- Self-motivated and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong team player
- Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
