Job description:
The hotel concierge welcomes, informs and advises guests, whether tourists or businessmen. He ensures the smooth running of customers’ stay by satisfying all their requests, even the most original ones.
The concierge will be responsible to:
- Offer personalized service to clients by advising them on attractions and activities in the area based on their interests, budget and length of stay;
- Respond to various inquiries by phone, email, in person, before, during and after their stay;
- Follow up on customer requests effectively;
- Work with the entire hospitality team to identify and exceed guest expectations;
- Make arrivals and departures as well as make reservations;
- Take phone calls and route them;
- Perform various related administrative duties.
