Job description: Bonneville Homes, a leader in the manufactured home industry for 60years, is looking for an Construction coordinator (After-Delivery Service) at its head office in Beloeil. Please note that the majority of this position’s clientele will be English-speaking (Quebec, Ontario).

The coordinator will need to apply creative and client-focused strategies, building good relationships with the clients. The daily tasks, not at all routine, will be to take note of the construction particularities of the assigned project and to carry out visual inspections in the plant in regards to the client’s file. An analytical mindset and strong knowledge in construction are necessary to identify deficiencies, in order to respect the client’s requests. Good listening skills and strong management and negotiation skills will be important assets when communicating with clients and the various individuals involved. In addition, planning and scheduling service teams will be part of the coordinator’s responsibilities. We are looking for someone who is motivated, autonomous and curious to take on the challenges of building manufactured homes with the ultimate goal of making our clients’ dreams come true.

Requirements & Skills :

Bilingualism – perfect command of English and French
Knowledge of residential construction
Understanding of plans and technical specifications
Organized, structured and able to properly document customer claims
Ability to manage, at the same time, several files and involved persons
Listening to the client’s needs and being empathetic
Proactive and solution-oriented approach
Analytical mindset

Permanent position, full time

40h/week

Salary up to $60000
