Job description: Position: Rental Advisor
Location: Gatineau
Salary: $20 to $25 per hour based on experience
Shift: Monday to Friday, flexible schedule between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. but must be 40 hours a week

Job Description:
– Receive and advise clients for rental
– Draft and close rental contracts on the computer system
– Ensure rental conditions are met
– Explain how products work to customers
– Open the work orders when the equipment is returned
– Prepare the picking tickets
– Follow up on open contracts
– Close and swing the cash register
– Training clients on how to use the equipment
Job Requirements:
– High School diploma and/or DEP in Sales, an asset
– At least 5 years experience in customer services
– Bilingualism (spoken and written) – French and English
– Knowledge of industrial and construction equipment
– Basic computer skills
– Experience in tool rental an asset
