Job description:

• Join a top construction high rise developer.
• Working in construction residential units help with the finishing.
• MUST HAVE A VALID WORKING AT HEIGHTS CERT.
• Site cleaning, and general duties assisting sub trades and safety set ups.
• Downtown London high rise site with on site parking.

Helping and assisting a construction company working on a high rise building project. Using hands to load and unload materials, clean site messes, assist in hand tools and at time light power tools. tarping structures, dewatering site with hose and pumps., laying up new materials in units as a team.

Standing, bend, walking, lifting. Have work at heights valid. Safe shoes. Be a safe working person and keep an eye on people and your tasks and surroundings.

The Requirements:

• Must have Working at heights
• Must have 1 year minimum experience in construction environments.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada SIN work.
• Must be available full time Monday to Friday.
• Must be dependable and reliable.

Compensation- $19.50/h starting pay. After 90 days hired on with full benefits and $1.50-3/h pay increase.
