Job description: A Tenant Improvement (TI) General Contractor is looking for a Project Manager to be a go to client facing Project Manager on varying sized commercial and industrial projects.

ABOUT OUR CLIENT

This general contractor specializes in commercial TI and also has experience with new build ICI construction. They are recognized for their reputation with repeat clients and the value that they place on client relationships.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

You will be reporting into and working directly with the Principal of the company. The Project Manager will be taking a personable, customer service style approach to Construction Project Management with repeat clients. The successful Project Manager will prioritize successful outcomes for all stakeholders and clients when dealing with their requests. Opportunity to grow and take on larger projects is available as you grow with the company.

ABOUT THE POSITION

In this role, you will be taking on client requests and creating solutions as well as liaising between the client and internal construction team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys maintaining close relationships with their clients and taking on varying sized projects.

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Commercial TI (tenant improvement) experience as a Project Manager seeing projects from start to finish.
• Customer service style approach to Project Management – creating and maintaining valuable relationships with repeat clients.
• Construction related education.
• Prior experience dealing with repeat clients in a commercial/retail setting.

COMPENSATION

• Salary : up to $120,000.00 experience dependent.
• RRSP Matching.
• Potential for discretionary bonus.
• 2-3 weeks vacation.
