ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Our client specializes in creating residential projects including boutique communities and townhomes across metro-Vancouver. Our client is involved through all processes of bringing these projects to life and is looking for a strong Project Management professional to contribute to their vision. Our client has multiple projects going on and have a strong pipeline of projects for the future.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

With a project start of early 2024, out client would love to bring someone on early in order to be involved in preconstruction and be ready to hit the ground running when the time comes. For a Junior Project Manager candidate, the ideal candidate will grow with them into a Project Manager down the road.

The VP of Construction is a motivated leader who firmly believes in technology and modern approaches to construction. If you are eager to achieve, like working with others and want to bring projects to life, this opportunity is for you.

ABOUT THE POSITION

In this role, you will be managing a ~150-unit townhome project right from the start, spending the majority of time on site during construction. You will be ensuring the smooth delivery of the project.

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Full cycle townhome construction experience in a Junior Project Manager / Project Manager role.
• Familiar with construction software ie. Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam.
• Construction education is an asset.

COMPENSATION

• Salary: up to $140,000 experience dependent.
• Discretionary bonus.
• 3 weeks vacation.
• Vehicle allowance.
• Full medical and dental benefits.
