Job description: Key Responsibilities:
– Plan, coordinate, and schedule work
– Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with the Project
– Overseeing the progress of all construction activities and ensuring project completion as per the set timeline
– Ensuring all on-site workers adhere to the health and safety regulations
– Conducting site inspections to ensure it is free from any safety hazards and implementing industry best practices and safety protocols
– Hiring and evaluating the performance of the on-site workers
– Regularly checking inventory and placing orders for building materials
– Ensuring all equipment is in working order and good condition
– Interpreting building plans and construction blueprints
– Handling any on-site accidents with uttermost care and awareness
– Maintaining an accurate attendance report of all construction site workers
– Reviewing daily construction work and suggesting any improvement measures
– Communicating the progress report to the Construction Project Manager
– Identify and resolve any issues and conflicts related to the project
– Participating in onsite project construction meetings and onsite inspections as required
