Job duties
- Supervise and schedule workers and projects
- Co-ordinate and supervise projects with another project supervisors or managers
- Train or arrange for training for the newly hired workers as helpers, drywall installers etc.
- Resolve work issues and recommend measures to improve productivity
- Perform inspection of the site without overlooking any minor or major equipment
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Requisition materials and supplies
- Ensure health and safety regulations are always followed at the work
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school completion
- 2-3 years of working in the construction field is required
