Job description: J&H Homes, a division of J&H Builders Warehouse, is a Saskatoon based family owned and operated business. We have been building quality, affordable homes since 1969, and are currently searching for a motivated individual who can take on a variety of tasks necessary to help build a ready to move home. Construction Yard Attendant

Responsibilities:
Receive and check all new building products that are ordered and shipped to every house.
Return excess product to the store.
Yard Maintenance – Keep yard and houses clean during all stages of construction.
Forklift and telehandler work to load and/or move materials, garbage bins, lumber and trusses.
Installation of central vacs, minor repairs to houses.
Prepping houses before they are moved to customers location.
Keep yard as organized and tidy as possible
Repair of wood sidewalks and repair of sales signs.
Complete daily check lists for equipment start up.

Requirements:
“Can do” attitude
Valid Drivers Licence and recent drivers abstract.
Drivers Licence with clean abstract.
Construction experience is an asset -Forklift license an asset, but we will train
Work under pressure of deadlines
Ability to multi task -Being a team player
Take direction from site supervisor -Work Related References required
